| i stand corected on the lift pump i was not sure so it is the electric lift in the 1380cc would still recomend putting filter in the high presure side altho you risk dirt particals reaching the pump element the likehood of damage cos of this is rair and far less the cavation caused by fuel starvaion... |

| High colmcassidy, it is very posable that an inline filter on the suction side of the lift pump could hamper proformance. as fare as i know your mini is fitted with the standard mechanical lift pump which creats a very low depresion value by puting a filter between that and the tank could in some ca... |

| YES YES Got my parts today have the engine buttoned up just have to put it back into the car. took the day or work tommrow should get it together. looks good for Sunday keep those fingers crossed. |

high brein good to here you got fixed up anyway offer still stands if you need it welded. im not sure of the mini seen these days like i said been a way for a number of years but im sure some of the other guys on this form can help you out. hope to see you at the mini day anyway.

| high guys well i did not get around to pulling the engine when you say pulling the engine is the last resort if it is a diff pin problam i dont know any other way of getting at the diff other than droping the box which i have no ramp whitch makes that a bit impossable any ideas. |
